Workers have some exposure to generative AI.

The ILO’s 2025 analysis estimates occupational exposure worldwide. It expects job transformation to be more common than replacement.

These are global estimates and employer expectations, not predictions about your job. Waiting to develop relevant skills can leave a gap between your experience and changing role requirements. Your own tasks and industry matter.

How It Works

Your résumé supplies the background. The questions explore what it cannot establish: your contribution, preferences, current AI practices and priorities. No diagnostic answer requires typing.

Turn learning into evidence.

Relevant AI practice can help you prepare for changing responsibilities and explain your value to employers. Training and certifications should support demonstrated skills; they do not guarantee a job or promotion.

What happens when I start my assessment?

It opens your private Personal Assessment: account, résumé review and 50 guided checkbox questions. Report generation is available only when your account meets the current beta and allowance requirements. No chargeable generation runs while you browse questions.

Does AI exposure mean I will lose my job?

No. Exposure describes tasks that AI may affect. It does not predict a hiring decision or job loss. Readiness depends on your work, skills, opportunities to learn and the choices your employer makes.

Will my resume or assessment become public?

Your private intake and assessment are separate from the information you choose to share through My LiveIQ. Starting an assessment does not publish your resume.

Where do applications and follow-ups fit?

After understanding your goals and skill gaps, use your private career workspace to organize opportunities, review evidence and prepare follow-ups. Existing account access requirements apply; private email and application records are never shown on this public page.

Start with your own next step.

Bring your experience and the direction you want to explore. Begin with your account, review your résumé, then work through the five pillars.
