This AI BURRO privacy notice explains how Edgar Peña, its operator, handles research and business inquiries, site analytics, private Career IQ workspaces and the optional Application Inbox. Read below for how information is used and the choices available to you.

Saved details and booking accounts

AI BURRO reuses contact and business details you enter so you can review and edit them instead of typing them again. A temporary draft stays in your browser tab. After you verify your account email, these details can be saved privately and reused when you sign in on another device. Signing out or switching accounts separates each person’s information. Passwords, resume files and payment details are not stored in this shared contact draft. Each request keeps its own consent choice.

A confirmed consultation creates or connects a free account using your booking email. You must verify that email before accessing private information. Your account includes one free business analysis and one free personal analysis. Booking again does not renew those allowances. We save booking details in our private CRM and email the founder at edgar@edgariq.ai. Customer booking messages include confirmation, preparation information, reminders and the meeting link. Contact us to correct or delete your saved details.

Research requests and expressions of interest

Closed forms do not submit your details. When available, the Research Pack form asks for your first and last name, email, job title and job-search status. Phone and LinkedIn URL are optional. Role-intelligence interest also asks for your industry and location.

We use submitted information to fulfill the request, save your interest and operate the service. Providing a LinkedIn URL does not authorize profile scraping. Providing a phone number does not authorize calls or texts. Your form details are not used to fill your Career IQ automatically.

Recruiter and employer information requests

Selecting Save and continue on the first business-analysis question saves your contact details as a private CRM lead. The questionnaire then collects your business, city and state or region, goals, workflows, AI readiness and selected public sources. You review the answers before submission. A saved draft can be resumed in the same browser tab or through an account with the same verified email. A short report preview is available to the requester; the full report requires that verified account. Submission does not start a paid service or a billable AI job.

An optional PDF or text business plan is included in the free analysis. Original files and supplied summaries stay private and are accessible to authorized managers for review. Sales and support receive only the contact, business scope and primary goal they need for follow-up. PDF summaries are checked against the original before a plan comparison is marked reviewed. Excluding a plan removes it from the active request; it does not immediately delete the stored original. Drafts, uploaded or excluded files, reviewed reports and permission-controlled meeting notes are retained to support your request until you request deletion or they are removed through an authorized cleanup. No automatic deletion deadline is currently configured. Contact edgar@edgariq.ai to correct or delete these records. Report-allowance records may be retained to enforce the one-free-report limit.

Exact website and social-profile links identify the sources you want reviewed. They do not authorize access to private accounts or metrics. Business report inputs are separate from your private career workspace and are not published as an example without permission.

When you request information, we save your name, email, company size, the offering you selected, and any company name, LinkedIn URL or additional helpful information you provide. Your permission lets us respond to that inquiry; it does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. We do not scrape the LinkedIn profile.

Authorized Admin, Sales and Customer Service staff can see these inquiries in our internal CRM. Admin and Sales staff can record follow-ups and notes. Inquiry details are also emailed to the founder at edgar@edgariq.ai through our existing email provider. We retain the inquiry and its activity history to manage the conversation. Contact us to request correction or deletion; no automatic retention deadline is currently configured.

AI industry research

The original thesis and 2027 guide are available through the Research Pack. Report-request availability is shown in your account. Where a free analysis allowance applies, we retain account-linked request records to enforce it. Access to these resources does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

When report questions are enabled and you ask one, we send that question and your saved analysis to OpenAI for an explanation. We save the question and answer privately with your report. This does not run a new web search. Keep confidential or sensitive personal information out of these questions. Question requests use the API with response storage disabled; OpenAI’s applicable data retention policies still apply.

When you explicitly start an enabled industry search, AI BURRO sends your role, industry, location and optional topic details to OpenAI and its web-search providers to research public sources. This search does not send your account email, Gmail messages, resume or saved Career Brain. Do not include personal or confidential information in these topic fields. Disabled controls do not submit an analysis request.

Searches run in the background. OpenAI stores the response so it can be retrieved later; background processing is not zero-data-retention. After retrieving and saving a final result, we request deletion of the provider response. If retrieval or deletion fails, provider retention policies apply. Supabase stores your private inputs, reports, source references and necessary usage records until you request deletion. Contact Edgar for research-history deletion. Administrators viewing aggregate analytics do not receive these private research reports. AI analysis may contain errors; citations and evidence gaps help you assess it.

Optional updates are your choice

You can request the resources without subscribing to updates. Optional updates require a separate checkbox and confirmation through your email. You can unsubscribe through the preferences link in an email or contact Edgar. A new anonymous form submission does not reverse an existing unsubscribe.

Professional assessment autosave

A free account using Google or a verified email is required to start the professional questionnaire. Your first and last name and email identify your assignment. Answers and optional reflections automatically save to your private account in Supabase as you work, including answers you have not yet confirmed. You can resume after signing in on another device. This does not authorize publication, marketing, Gmail access or paid AI generation.

A recovery copy remains in your browser tab. Personal journey notes and action-list items also save to your private account; you can download a private backup. Existing authorized managers can see your name, email and questionnaire progress for follow-up. Full answers and optional reflections become available for specialist review only when you explicitly submit a reviewed version. Personal journey notes are not included in that submission. Reviewed reports and shared meeting records are available only to the verified customer and authorized staff. Resume extraction happens on your device; the original file is not uploaded. Information you copy into questionnaire answers is saved with the assignment. Optional dictation may send audio to your browser’s speech service. Account assignments remain until removed through an authorized request; contact edgar@edgariq.ai for correction or deletion. AI report generation for this questionnaire is currently off.

Your Career IQ

Your local draft remains in the current browser tab until you explicitly save it to an account or download it. PDF/DOCX text extraction runs in your browser. The current flow does not upload the original file. If you connect an account, the app uses Supabase authentication and stores your explicitly saved workspace in that account. A saved workspace remains until you delete it or request deletion of the account.

Signing out clears the current account’s workspace from the screen. Deleting the cloud workspace removes that saved row; it does not delete files you downloaded or the authentication account. Contact Edgar for an account or broader data-deletion request.

Optional Gmail connection

Connecting Gmail is optional and available only to accounts with connection access enabled. Google’s read-only permission covers your Gmail messages and settings. When you connect and consent, AI BURRO uses this access to search likely career-related terms in the past nine months and read matching message text. Searches may include unrelated messages or miss relevant ones. Automatic checks continue after the initial import until you pause or disconnect. Review every email keeps extracted details in a review queue until you log them. Auto smart log records clear matches and keeps uncertain messages for review; you can undo or correct an entry. The connection uses extraction rules; an email does not prove a candidate skill or confirm every step of an application.

Supabase processes matching messages and stores your connected mailbox identity, encrypted connection credentials, message identifiers, sender, subject, date, extracted details and a short excerpt in your account. Full email bodies are not saved as inbox records. Attachment contents are excluded from extraction, and email links are not opened automatically. This connection cannot send, change or delete your Gmail messages. Gmail data is not sold, used for advertising, shared with employers or used to train shared AI models.

Disconnect stops further scans and requests removal of Google access. Connection credentials are removed after revocation succeeds. If Google revocation cannot be confirmed, local access remains disabled and reconnection is paused for support review. During Google’s testing period, authorization usually expires after seven days and may need reconnection.

Saved inbox summaries remain until you remove them in Application Inbox or request account-data deletion. Removing a summary keeps its message identifier so a later scan does not add it again. Connection metadata and these identifiers remain until account-data deletion. Deleting your Career IQ workspace does not delete the separate Application Inbox. Contact Edgar for a verified request to delete all connected-mailbox records. Staff access is limited to support you specifically authorize, security investigations and other circumstances permitted by Google’s policies.

AI BURRO’s use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Analytics and operational records

Basic usage analytics runs on public pages by default. We count page views and research-form starts to understand how the site is used. Previously saved opt-out choices remain respected in this browser. We also record a limited set of page visits and actions in your account dashboard, Career IQ, Application Inbox and My analysis. These events do not include names, email addresses, résumé text, contact lists, private notes, message contents, search text or receipt tokens.

A random identifier stored in this browser tab connects eligible pre-login visits to your account when you sign in. This is first-party analytics, not a browser or device fingerprint. We do not use canvas fingerprinting, cross-site tracking, session replay or keystroke recording. We store an allowlisted source category and screen-size category; query strings and full referrer URLs are not stored. Browser reports may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Admins and super admins can view this account-linked activity to understand acquisition, product use and service needs. Activity details are retained for up to 90 days, with cleanup on the next maintenance run; unclaimed browser records expire after 30 days. First-touch summaries remain while the account exists. Account deletion removes linked activity and summaries. Previously stored opt-outs and browser Global Privacy Control are respected for this optional activity tracking. Successful cloud-workspace writes also create minimal operational records without including their contents. Contact Edgar for access, opt-out or deletion assistance.

The service records necessary submission and delivery events to fulfill requests and handle failures. A download event means the file request was served, not that you read the document. We do not use session replay or record keystrokes.

Service providers and access

Authorized customer-service staff can see account identity, profile summary and connection health to help with account issues. Admins can also see platform activity and aggregate locations from saved profiles. Maps use the location you entered; they do not detect your device’s location. Missing or unrecognized locations remain unknown.

Admins and super administrators can open saved Career IQ profiles, source-document text and analysis reports for support or platform operations. Each opening requires a recorded purpose and creates an access log. Staff role changes are logged. Sales representatives can see only assigned customer names and email addresses. Staff invitation and password-reset emails use our account email service. These tools do not expose passwords, authentication credentials or Gmail message contents. The Gmail access restrictions described above continue to apply.

The website is hosted through Sites. Supabase provides account and database services. Resend is our email provider for account messages and requested research delivery. Access to lead records and private career information is restricted; private career data is not shared with employers by default.

Research download links can be forwarded and expire. They grant access to the research files, not to your career information or email preferences. The current public website does not publish customer Career Sites or send applications and outreach automatically.

Retention and deletion

Research receipt links are designed to expire 24 hours after the request. The acquisition release uses a 90-day limit for optional funnel events. Submitted form details are removed after 90 days; non-marketing contacts are removed after 90 days without a new request. Confirmed optional-update contacts are reviewed monthly once inactive for 12 months. For confirmed, withdrawn, or suppressed contacts, we retain the address, consent and preference history, and linked request and delivery records to operate the service and honor communication choices. These retained records are reviewed through our support and retention procedure; they do not have an automatic 90-day expiry.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information. We verify requests before changing or disclosing records. A deletion request can cover account records, requests and associated content; backup and provider handling will be explained for your request. We cannot remove copies you or other recipients downloaded.
